Facilitation not domination
Our job as facilitators is to read the room, and create an environment that is safe and welcoming to connect and engage. We manage power dynamics, conflict and hard topics with sensitivity and skill. It is not in our interest to dominate with our own agenda. We bring objectivity not bias to achieve purpose for our clients.
